Abstract：The present invention provides an adhesive composition that has antistatic performance, that has excellent adhesive strength balance at a slow peel rate and at a fast peel rate, that has a long pot life, and that has excellent durability performance and reworking performance. Theadhesive composition of the present invention includes: an acrylic-based polymer of a copolymer that has an acid value of 0.01 to 8.0 and that includes (A) a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer having a C4to C18alkyl group, (B) a hydroxyl group-containing copolymerizable monomer, (C) a carboxyl group-containing copolymerizable monomer, (D) a polyalkylene glycol mono(meth)acrylic acid ester monomer, and (E) a nitrogen-containing vinyl monomer not containing a hydroxyl group or an alkoxy group-containing alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer; (F) a bifunctional or higher isocyanate compound; (G) a cross-linking promoting agent of a metal chelate compound; (H) a keto-enol tautomer compound; (I) an antistatic agent; (J) a polyether-modified siloxane compound; and (K) an antioxidant.
