DIC Performance Resins Appoints Biesterfeld Spezialchemie to Distribute Specialty Resins in Turkey

Austria’s DIC Performance Resins GmbH has appointed Biesterfeld Spezialchemie GmbH as distributor of their specialty resins products for the Turkish market. Biesterfeld Spezialchemie already distributes DIC Performance Resins product portfolio of innovative, aqueous and solvent-free as well as traditional solvent-based specialty resins in 19 European countries. For more than 100 years DIC Performance Resins has been producing high-quality resins for the use in paints, coatings, printing inks and adhesives formulations.

Since September 2013 we cooperate successfully with DIC Performance Resins so the expansion of our trustful partnership has been the logical consequence. We herewith strengthen our local presence in Turkey and optimize our product portfolio with specialty resins for the coatings, inks and adhesives industries,” adds Dr. Martin Liebenau, Marketing Manager, Biesterfeld Spezialchemie GmbH.

The product portfolio comprises Burnock, Watersol acrylate polyols and acrylic dispersions, Core/Shell Isocyanates, epoxy esters and modified epoxy resins, polyurethane resins for metal- and plastic-substrates, phenolic resins for can coatings, Fineplus GMA Resins and polyester resins for reactive hot melt adhesives. An area of focus is coatings resins for plastic substrates.
