Bayers polyaspartic coating technology provides design engineers with a durable, high-performance coating and low VOC levels. Polyaspartic coatings cure well in a range of temperatures and humidities, so builders can extend the application season. A flooring sample in Bayers booth highlighted the benefits of polyaspartic technology.
The booth also showcased Bayers architectural house model, where miniature versions of real-life applications — including cabinets, flooring and walls — demonstrate the outstanding properties and aesthetic qualities Bayers coatings and sealants technologies offer.
Polycarbonate resins and sheets: Strength, light transmission and diffusion
Polycarbonates are a versatile material lending themselves to many applications that support sustainability. Utilizing polycarbonate sheet for daylighting applications — such as skylights, covered pedestrian walkways and canopies — provides strength, light transmission and light diffusion, as well as design options not possible with glass or acrylic. Polycarbonates outstanding combination of properties provides architects with the necessary properties to achieve the energy efficiency and reduction in building costs associated with daylighting.
