Bostik Launches Range of Specialized High-performance Laybond Adhesives for Flooring

One of the leading manufacturer Bostik has launched a new range of Laybond professional flooring adhesives, combining high quality with specialized performance for virtually any flooring application.

Developed to help contractors in delivering a high standard of work on time and on budget, the seven adhesives in the range are clearly named and color coded for ease of use. They are Carpet, Vinyl, Pressure Sensitive, High Temperature (HT) Carpet Tile Tackifier, Wood MS Polymer and Wood.

Bostik Laybond Carpet is a high tack, low-VOC acrylic adhesive specially formulated for bonding most carpets, rigid and semi-flexible vinyl tiles and selected sheet vinyl. It can be used to bond textile floor coverings over most underlays, and also to bond textile floor coverings over rigid PVC tiles provided they are clean and firmly bonded.
