With a versatile temperate range spanning -65 to +150 degrees Fahrenheit, CHILL AT products are formulated for demanding cold temperature applications while also delivering superior adhesion at room temperature. Typically used in refrigerated and frozen foods, meat and poultry, cheese, and corrugate labeling, CHILL AT performs exceptionally well on low-surface energy substrates.
 

CHILL AT EXTREME for Freezer Grade Application

Similarly, CHILL AT EXTREME offers all the benefits of CHILL AT, but with even more adhesion mass for even more demanding applications. Also designed for cold and damp labeling applications, it delivers excellent performance in standard temperatures as well as freezer-grade temperatures. Like CHILL AT, CHILL AT EXTREME has outstanding tack and ultimate adhesion to a variety of surfaces, including polystyrene, polypropylene, polyethylene, paper and corrugate.

CHILL AT

• Allure™ White Polypropylene Film (PTW7802) – 2.3-mil white, topcoated, solid core polypropylene film recommended for semi-rigid and rigid container applications. Compatible with flexographic (UV and water), gravure, UV inkjet and hot stamp printing.
• Durascan L Matte White Polypropylene Film (TL7801) – 3.0-mil matte topcoated white polypropylene film specially treated for flexographic and thermal transfer printing.

CHILL AT EXTREME

• Direct Thermal Weigh Scale Paper (DTW7902) – 4.2-mil medium sensitivity top coated direct thermal paper designed for weigh scale and package delivery applications that require enhanced environmental resistance, especially plasticizers.
• PLATINUM XTRA Bright White Semi-Gloss Coated Sheet (SGL7902) – 55# brilliant white semi-gloss coated litho construction sheet with outstanding ink receptivity, high internal strength and exceptional smoothness and opacity.

Each new CHILL AT and CHILL AT EXTREME product features a 2.4-mil semi-bleached super calendared kraft (SCK) liner excellent for die cutting, stripping and label dispensing.
