The high-performance total chloroprene rubber adhesive wide-angle fabric V-belt consists of a wrapping cloth layer, an extension layer, a strong layer and a compressed layer, wherein the compressed layer (namely, primer) is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of chloroprene rubber, 10-20 parts of short-staple, 8-15 parts of organic modified nano montmorillonite, 0.4-0.6 part of stearic acid, 2-4 parts of anti-aging agent, 5-8 parts of zinc oxide, 4-6 parts of magnesium oxide and 2-5 parts of softening agent; the short-staple is one or more of aramid short fiber, nylon short-staple and polypropylene staple fiber. In a primer material of the high-performance total chloroprene rubber adhesive wide-angle fabric V-belt, the chloroprene rubber raw material is modified by the short-staple and the organic modified nano montmorillonite in a composite way, so that high strength, superior deflection resistance and superior fatigue resistance are achieved.
