Permabond launches Permabond ET503, a fast-curing two-part epoxy adhesive. The adhesive has a fixture time of 6 minutes and reaches a working strength in just 20 minutes.

Bonds to Various Substrates
Permabond ET503 bonds well to many substrates, including woods, metals, ceramics and some plastics (including ABS and polycarbonate.)
In addition to it being fast-curing at room temperature, this adhesive will even reach a very high strength when cured at 5°C. This makes it particularly suitable for carrying out bonding and sealing tasks outside in the cold.

Resistance to Water, Moisture and Humidity
Permabond ET503 flows quickly when dispensed and is thixotropic. It offers outstanding resistance to water, moisture, and humidity. This makes the adhesive ideal for use in outdoor applications, as it is able to withstand harsh weather conditions. Such is its resistance to water, it can even bond underwater. It also offers resistance against saltwater, a rarity for any adhesive.
Permabond ET503 cures fully tack-free in a light grey finish. The adhesive can be sanded and painted over once cured.
Other key features of this product are its 1:1 mix ratio, making it very easy to dispense and use. Additionally, it’s non-flammable, solvent-free and comes in a variety of sizes, including bulk on request.
