The 49th edition of the Munich Adhesives and Finishing Symposium 2024 will start in about 3 months from October 28th to 30th 2024. The event will be held at the at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Munich, Germany.
 

Motto: “Let Us Stick Sustainably Together”

The event’s motto is “Let us STICK sustainably together” focusing on new approaches, developments, materials and trends in raw materials, applications and process engineering of pressure sensitive adhesives – HMPSAs.

This year the Munich Adhesives and Finishing Symposium puts its focus on pressure sensitive adhesives, and covers the whole span from raw materials, applications to process engineering for and within all involved adhesive systems (PSAs, hot melt pressure sensitive Adhesives and extrudable films) as well as the related technical equipment.
 

49th MKVS 2024 – Program Overview

Divided into 5 sessions, the subjects with all submitted abstracts recently online launched very interesting program ranges across the whole areas of gluing, coating and converting industry.

These include besides groundbreaking results from research projects and start-up companies, among others creative developments in raw material and product design, sustainability as well as reduction of the CO2 footprint, recyclability and degradability and associated new holistic approaches in process engineering in the sense of the circular economy, innovative formulations and possible applications - mainly in paper, plastic, foil, self-adhesive materials, tape and label, packaging, coating and lamination as well as non-woven related applications.
